Friendly Blogger Award

Casey at Noir Girl has honoured me with a Friendly Blogger Award. Not sure if this recognises the friendliness of the blog or of the blogger, or of the award, but it's much appreciated all the same.

Scoot over to Casey's now to see an art piece consisting of, and I quote, "1,000 cupcake papers strung on thin wires and then inserted into a floral foam sphere". Can't be done, you say? Photographic evidence awaits you here...

Meanwhile, with my usual proviso that if you're not into this sort of thing do by all means ignore it, I hereby forward this recognition of friendliness within, without and to some degree betwixt and beyond the sphere of bloggerosity to:

1. Gloria at Rooting For Laughton, whose friendliness towards Charles Laughton has resulted in this elaborate and engrossing site where all Laughton addicts can feel at home.

2. Mykal at Radiation Cinema!, whose friendliness extends to giant locusts, 50 foot women and brains from Planet Arous, along with other even less adequately house-trained individuals.

3. Miss Sandra at Musings From Harmonie House, who has gone out of her way to create not a site so much as an environment, where sights and sounds and thoughts combine to produce an atmosphere of warmth and relaxation - if ever there was a friendly blog, it is this.
