Okay, I liked the Loretta Young too!
So many choices! I think Tony Perkins in Psycho (#3) is the one that best matches your slogan, but my personal favorite is Loretta Young (#6). I love that photo of her peeking out of her hands. :)
I like #5 with Louise Brooks. But really I like them all.
I like 4, 5, 7, and 11 best!
Drew because she looks appropriately edible.
Or Fay 2 because she looks like she's going to be eaten.
Or Jimmy and Grace because it's Jimmy and Grace.

For me it's a tie between #1, #13 & #10 -- you're quite skilled in the photoshop department, it's hard to choose! :)
Personally, I like:

Hum... hard multiple choice! Even more complicated than the driving license's exam!
I'd vote for "rotating" as all the headers are quite handsome, but if I have to point a few favourites:
- The Hopper one, it's got that "radio City Music hall" luxuriance, plus a touch of melancholy.
- The one with Louise Brooks: there's something to say about the creativity of the 20s/30s, as you could see the chair in front of Miss Brooks being sold as "modern" or "latest design" in a furniture shop of our days.
- The twenties chorus girls one's a winner, even the tipography seems part of the number there ;D
- The second Fay Wray one, with her eyes gazing in horror (or maybe just saying "OK, we'll be nice and won't hurt each other, shall we?")
